After 23 years of weekend binge drinking, I said goodbye to blackouts and living for weekend cocktails. I CRAVED connection with other women who felt the same way and truthfully, I needed to learn how to have FUN without alcohol! After a phone call with my friend Laura, The AF Social was born. I bring my experience as a certified health coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, as well as my extensive event planning and community building background. I LOVE seeing women connect and create meaningful friendships through The AF Social + Life.

After adapting to motherhood, drinking became a habit that no longer served my lifestyle. My social circle dynamic changed when I stopped drinking. I understand the hardship that is faced with having your "own" time. I wanted connection and friendships that didn't revolve around alcohol. Our community did not have that, and Sarah said what if...we create that space, and the AF Social was born. As a spiritual evidential medium I enjoy bringing an intuitive approach and sharing the healing that I receive from Spirit on this journey.
